We keep things rooted in the local community, which means we don’t ship live plants at this time. But don’t worry—you can still snag one (or five) by visiting us in person!

What we do ship:
Merch & Hard Goods (think plant care essentials, stylish plant-themed swag, and other non-living goodies)

What we don’t ship:
Live Plants (They deserve first-class treatment—pick-up in-store only!)

• Processing Time: Orders for shipped items will be packed up and on their way within 1-2 business days.

• Shipping Rates: Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight—no hidden fees, just good vibes.

• Delivery Time: Expect your order within 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose.​

Returns Policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase, whether it’s a lush new leafy friend or a stylish plant tee. Here’s how we handle returns:

Plant Returns (In-Store Only)

• Returns accepted within 5 days of purchase.

• Each return is reviewed on a case-by-case basis—we know plants can be picky, but if neglect played a role in their demise, we reserve the right to refuse the return. (Pro tip: Give your plant babies proper light, water, and love!)

• Refunds will be issued as store credit or an exchange.

Merch & Hard Goods Returns

​

• Returns accepted within 15 business days of purchase.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees from the original purchase will not be refunded.
